Chen was the deputy chief physician of China's largest and renowned public Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospital in China; the Jin Chuan Group Hospital. She was also an active and qualified TCM Trainer under the same group, specialising in women healthcare and is now a senior physician in the Suntech Traditional Chinese Healthcare group.

She has more than 20 years of clinical experience in treating a wide range of illnesses using the concept of TCM. Her many years of experience has allowed her to treat illnesses and cases that allopathy had given up on. Physician Chen Han Qi has also successfully treated many patients suffering from stroke and Bell's Palsy. Her passion in TCM does not stop at treating her patients itself. She also enjoys educating and teaching her patients and other people in bettering their lifestyle and alternative methods to improve the healing process.

She has presented lectures on TCM at our SM International Conference and Exhibition for Holistic Wellness 2014 and 2016.
