Yoga for Students

Yoga is very popular among the youth community as people have discovered it as a very useful practice for relieving stress and balancing the body through various poses and meditative techniques. Generally, students experience study pressure, which can impair their studying potential and capabilities.

Practising Yogasanas is a holistic way that can help students relieve stress, restore health and improve concentration and memory capabilities, which will prove beneficial for their performance at school.

Why enrol for the "Yoga for Students" Course?
Sandhya Maarga offers specially devised sets of Yogasanas aimed at improving students' concentration and memory capabilities that can be useful in boosting their studying performance.

Who can join this course?
Any student of all ages except children below the age of 10 (for children interested to enrol in a course with us, please refer to Yoga for Kidz).

**All Yoga courses at Sandhya Maarga Holistic Living Academy follow the 'term' system. For most of our courses, the course term lasts for approximately 3 months (12 weeks).
