Yoga for Kidz

Yoga is ideal for people of all ages and that includes children. Children who practise Yoga are generally more flexible and coordinated than those who do not. Learning Yoga from a tender age will aid children in understanding the mind-body relationship, which is not only useful for shaping their current life but will also be useful for their future. This course is ideal for hyperactive kids as practising these Yogasanas help channel their energy so that they learn to concentrate on themselves instead of being distracted by external conditions.

Many schools in India have included Yoga practice in their curricula as authorities believe that it can enhance children's concentration level, thus boosting their performance at school.

"I decided to impart the goodness of Yoga to kids after reaping its benefits myself. It boosts the concentration level and I have had cases of naughty kids who started concentrating in class after these sessions." - Nigar Sultana (Principal of the Cambridge Public School, INDIA)
