Dancing with Yoga


Want something different out of your Yoga sessions? Sandhya Maarga is offering a NEW type of course called "Dancing with Yoga". It is a fusion of Yoga and dance, which not only makes the classes more interesting but inspirational as well in order to promote self-expression alongside to healing the body, mind and spirit. Dancing enhances one's creativity as well.




Why enrol for the "Dancing with Yoga" Course?
Students enrolled in this course will be performing Yogasanas according to the rhythm of a selected music track. Similar to the traditional Indian dance Bharatnatyam, the dance (performed with Yoga postures) will be a narration of a short story. Enrolling in this class will give you a breath of fresh air from the normal Yoga classes that you will find elsewhere. Dancing with Yoga will inspire you to have fun while you exercise the body and reap the Yoga practice benefits.



Who can join this course?
Anyone between the ages of 16 and 50.



**All Yoga courses at Sandhya Maarga Holistic Living Academy follow the 'term' system. For most of our courses, the course term lasts for approximately 3 months (12 weeks).
